Vision Week at Renewed Balance
Dear Friends,
Hope you have had an enjoyable and productive time during the swift month of February. The winter months are always a positive time to build upon our foundation and I commend you for continuing to make this journey of health and fitness a priority in your life.
We are now into March and closing in on completing the first quarter of the year. In approaching spring, it is important for us to reflect on the progress you have made in 2008, revisit your direction, and re-focus on your goals.
During the week of Monday, March 3rd, “VISION” will be our theme. We will discuss and review these elements in your session and ensure that we are moving ahead with precision and purpose. In addition, and to enhance the level of accountability, please fill out the attached NUTRITION LOG starting Monday, March 3rd to provide a window into our habits and choices.
For those of you either away or not in this upcoming week, we will conduct our “Vision” session when we next meet.
