Accountability and Progress

 

Dear Friends,

 

Hope you have enjoyed your weekend as we move into November and closer to the festive season.

 

Congratulations to you for the commitment, focus and change you have shown. True progress is measured by small victories which, in turn, lead to greater achievements both in our mental and physical realms. This past month, we have fortified a foundation of accountability and success through your awareness, efforts and discussion. This first week of November will enable us to continue this quest as we revisit our nutritional consistency. As per our plan, this week calls upon you to record your nutrition choices on the log (and I have attached a 7-day version for your use).

 

Please begin this log on Monday morning of this week and complete it as the week extends towards next Sunday. We will then review it together during the week of November 12th and continue to work together to enhance the effectiveness and practicality of this essential component of your health and fitness experience. I will also be unveiling the next eight weeks of your program for those of you who have been working with me to devise the best approach for you.

 

It has been a privilege working with you thus far and I anticipate you reaching the next summit of your performance.
