15 Days. An Invitation. An Opportunity. A Pathway.

We hope you have had a great start to November!

 

The Fall weeks have unfolded quickly and with the festive season in our sights, this time of the year is a prime platform for us to sharpen our positive habits, actions and mindsets.

 

We are approaching the mid-point of this month and as of this coming Monday, there will be 15 days ahead of us, before the final day of November.

 

15 days. An invitation… An opportunity… A pathway…

 

And over those coming 15 days:

  • What one action step will you commit to, to generate a shift in your fitness?
  • What one pledge will you make to create a marginal, positive change in your morning routine?
  • What one habit, with enhanced practice, will improve your health?
  • What one personal goal will you have achieved by November 30th?
  • How will you express your gratitude?

 

When we elevate our intention towards that which is most important, we remove distractions and become more deeply connected: mentally, physically and spiritually. Undoubtedly, the oscillating tempo of our days bring about challenges, changes and unexpected events.  Yet, when we commit to concerted practice, we create personal progress. This then quietly leads to further confidence, momentum and awareness.

 

Each question above is a figurative trailhead…and although the actual path itself may be still developing for you, the summit of the personal hike will reveal something that you already know: self-care is the foundation of true health.
