Deciding what to eat can be difficult sometimes, especially when you are trying to balance eating healthy, having a social life, and eating out on Friday night.

At the end of the day, the most important thing is what you do most of the time. Think about it this way: Stay on the right track at least 80% of the time, and give yourself some wiggle room in the 20% left.
