The 90 Day Challenge - Halfway!
Dear Friends,
Today…DAY 30 of our 90 DAY quest...
So, did you enjoy it? Whether it was turkey, ham, potatoes, pie or vegetables….felt good, didn’t it?
…we’re coming off the festivities of the harvest holiday….THANKSGIVING and all the glory it brings with it…family, friends and feast.
You may have indulged, may have had an extra helping and may have even savoured an extra slice…and that’s living. That’s taking the time to celebrate and slow the game down for a moment…essential in creating a balanced approach to this journey.
And as tomorrow arrives, we smile, re-focus and set our sights on the next 17 days.
17 days?
Yep…takes us right to the end of the month, Halloween to be exact. A nice window of time to re-check our goals, hone in on our good habits and elevate our consistency with our workouts, nutrition, hydration and inner peace.
Tomorrow is October 15th – there is a NUTRITION LOG attached to this note that we would like you to fill in from Wednesday, October 15th through Tuesday, October 21st. Next week, we’ll review them together and determine your areas of progress and areas of needed improvement.
